人は、この本から何を学べよう ?
You know, when I compared our gorgeous lifestyle to them with messy, occasionally skirmish , abstemious diet, monotonous seclusion, it was quite hard to feel sympathy.
なにせ、我々の贅沢な暮らしぶりに比べ、
彼らの薄汚れた、時には小競り合い ( いざこざ )、
つつましい食生活、変化に乏しい引きこもり生活、
・・それらに共感するのは実に難しい。
Especially among mesdames, nearly all of them might even say, "I'm bored to death with the diary of young girl. I want ro go outside!"
とりわけ、ご婦人方の多くはこう言うかも知れない。
「少女の日記なんて、退屈すぎて死にそうっ。
お外に出たーーいっ!」

あざけりの顔、
厚顔無恥／自己顕示欲の強い輩、
自慢 ( する人 ) ・・・
アンタらは悪徳の見本なのか ?

A diary is originally intend for the eyes of writer only.
日記とは本来、著者／本人のためだけにある。
Because you need not stick your chest out in a proud manner.
ゆえに自慢げに胸を張る事は無い。
You need not hunt for beautiful hollow grass slippers like a story of Cinderella.
シンデレラの話みたいに、
美しい空虚なガラスの靴を探し回る必要は無い。
2016年に、出版から70年が経過し、
著作権フリーとなっている。
