「予算執行職員責任法」



長妻昭議員は、この法律によって、
明らかに無駄金を使った官僚に、個人賠償させようと考えている。
Akira Nagatuma member of an assembly thinks
that the bureaucracy who obviously spent a waste money will be made to compensate
for the individual by this law.

そのために、参議院で国政調査権を使って、審議しようとしている。

企業内でも、利益計画を立てて無いにも関わらず、設備投資の提言をする社員が居る。
There is an employee who suggests plant investment
though a profit planning isn't made even in the enterprise.

こういう場合には、逆に尋ねねばならない。

" By the way, do you attend in one product,
and think whether the profits of how much are left ? "
