A few eld ago, when I was corporate executive of a communicate organization, I planned our prime e-newsletter. A office correspondent with a postgraduate grade in art, I was the articulate result for the job. Two questions were predominant in my mind: How will the ecstatic dissent from our written newsletter? What are the continuing columns?
Talking with members helped me to answer these questions. Our printed newssheet would be outside interface - thing we could pass to prospective members and the grasp.
