ヤンゴン、レストラン事情。今日はKai Li Restaurant。ヤンゴン市内になる大きな湖、インヤー湖のほとりにあるレストランで、鍋が食べられます。屋外で食べる鍋はなかなかのもんです。が、しかし。屋外だけに虫がたくさん飛んできます・・・。ま、煮ちゃうからいいか・・・
さて、今日はこの曲でいってみましょう。シンプルで爽やかで元気なロックソング。

この曲はBillboard誌で1984年9月に2週間、最高7位を記録しました。彼女らの1stにして最後のフルアルバム「Warrior」からの1stシングルです。ジャケが印象的だったのと、「えっ、Patti Smithが！？」と勘違いしてたのを思い出します（笑）
女性ボーカルのPattyが若干ハスキーな声で元気よく歌ってるんだけど、このバンドも一発屋にはいるのかなぁ
、この曲しか知りませぬ。サビの部分で彼女が「バンバン」って歌ってるのが頭にこびり付いちゃってます
PVはとっても印象的で、ブロードウェイのミュージカルを思い起こさせるものでした（キャッツ？）。で、Pattiがジャケのペインティングで出てくるのをよーく覚えてます。
ちょっと調べてみたら、John Bon Joviもこのバンドに一瞬（1983年）在籍してたんすね。この曲で黒いギター弾いてます。

Well, let’s move to today’s song. It was simple, balmy and fine rock song.
“ Scandal Featuring Patty Smyth / The Warrior “
This song got 2 weeks No.7 on Billboard Magazine in September of 1984. It was 1st single from their 1st and also last album “Warrior”. I remembered impressive album jacket.
Female singer, Patty was singing with husky voice. But I know just only this song in all of theirs, so I think they were also one-hit wonder. I remember “Bang Bang” at the chorus part well.
This video was similar to Broadway Musical like CATS. I remember that Patty with painting on face as album jacket.
I didn’t know that John Bon Jovi was the member in 1983. He played guitar in the video of "Love's Got a Line On You”.
Simple rock song, try this.
