USのAmerican Idolっていう米国のTV番組知ってます？ 素人の公開オーディション番組なんですが、こちらでも昨年から似たような番組が始まっています。その名もMyanmar Idol。なーんのひねりもありませぬ・・・
。約2カ月間、毎週金曜日夜の番組に合わせて、携帯電話のSMS（ショートメッセージ）で投票します。とても人気のある番組っす
さて、今日はこの曲。メタルゴッドな一曲。

ザ・ヘビーメタルっす。彼らの9thアルバム「Defenders Of The Faith」（邦題：背徳の掟）からのシングルっす。邦題もナイスっす
もう、この曲このアルバムは死ぬほど聴きました。私のHeavy Metalへの入り口です。この曲のPVをミュートマで見たとき、本当に衝撃でしたねぇ
。
GlennとK.K.のツインギター、超絶ハイトーンで早口言葉のようにまくし立てるRobのボーカル、もうシビれまくりました。今聴いてもすげーカッコいいっす。あたくし的にはIron MaidenよりJudasなのです。
しかしPVがイマイチ
。当時ゲームセンターで流行っていたF1のゲームが出てくるんですが、そのF1に合成されたRobが乗るんです。が、しかし！、なぜ前後ろに乗るのだ！？
進行方向と逆向いてちゃダメだろ・・・、と、当時Judasファンはみんな思った（はず
）。まぁ、それ含めて好きなんですけどね
アルバムのジャケットに描かれているのはMetallian。当時のツアーでステージに鋼鉄製の巨大なMetallianがセットされていました。もうそれがどうしても見たくて、84年の9/13、高一男子、1人で武道館に観に行きました
（だって誰も行かないんだもん・・・
）。 もう最高でしたね。

Do you know American Idol which is TV program in US? It was singer audition TV program for amateurs. Similar program started since last year in Myanmar also. Its title is Myanmar Idol. During 2 month, audiences vote by short message from their cell phone. It is very popular TV program in this country.
Well, let’s move to today’s song. Metal Gods has come.
“ Judas Priest / Freewheel Burning “
It was not ranked in the chart however I love this song, so let me introduce. It’s Heavy Metal. This song were included in their 9th album “ Defenders Of The Faith”.
Really love this song. I listened over and over. This is my 1st Heavy Metal song for my life. I got huge impact when I saw this video on TV. Twin guitar by Glenn and K.K., Rob sang with high tone voice. It was super. It is also super now. I like Iron Maden but I love Judas Priest.
BUT!!!, this video is not so good… Rob was riding on the formula 1 car of a video game, however it was front side back…
The animal which on album jacket are called Metallion. At that time, Metallion mede by steel was set at the stage. I really really wanted to see it, so I joined their live at Budokan in 1984. It was so cool.
This is the heavy metal, try this song.
