さて、今日はこの曲。どういう経緯でこのデュエット？

邦題は「かつて愛した女性へ」。高一男子でもわかる直訳です
。この曲はBillboard誌で1984年5月に1週だけ最高5位を記録した、カントリーとスパニッシュ・コンテンポラリーの大物デュエット曲でした。異色デュエットっすよねぇ・・・
渋いっす。高一男子、売れてれば何でも聞きます
。どういう経緯でこのデュエットが誕生したのかわかりませんが、大物アーティスト同士のデュエット曲。Julioのしっとりした声と、Willieの枯れたような声のコントラストがとっても印象的でした
PVは大物デュエットにありがちなステージライブの映像。最初はWillieが一人で歌ってますが、その後Julioが登場。Kenny RogersとDolly Partonと同じパターンすね。
ちなみにJulioの息子はアメリカでもヒット曲出してたEnrique Iglesiasっす

This song got 1 week No.5 on Billboard Magazine in May of 1984. Country meets Spanish. It was big and very interesting duet.
Smoldery. High school student listened to everything if it was hit song. I don’t know why they sang together. Julio’s smooth voice and Willie’s husky voice combination was very very impressive.
They sang together in its video like Kenny and Dolly.
As you know, Enrique Iglesias is Julio’s son.
Mixture of Country and Spanish, try this song.
