ヤンゴンにも中華街があります。でもって今はChinese New Year（昨日が正月）。街中はそりゃあえらい騒ぎですー、というのと合わせて渋滞が輪をかけてヒドイ・・・。タクって15分のところ1時間半って・・・
さて、今日はこの曲。1984年の一発目はこの曲で。The Boss。

この曲はBillboard誌で1984年6月から7月にかけて4週間、最高2位を記録していました。彼のモンスターアルバム「Born In The U.S.A.」からの1st Singleです。
残念ながら1位にはなれなかったけど、この曲はカッコよかったですねぇ。84年を代表するArtistかと思います。曲通してなっているシンセが特徴的っす。もう、ソッコーLPを買いに行きました。そのLPジャケットもとってもかっこいい。白T、ジーンズ
PVはライブで踊るボスなのですが、まぁ、あまりうまくないですな。印象的なのは最後に女の子をステージに上げて踊るシーン。なかなか良いです。これがあって、ライブではよく女の子をステージに上げてます。こんなおばあちゃんのも。いい感じ

This song got 4 weeks No.2 from June to July of 1984. It was 1st single from his monster album “Born In The U.S.A.”.
Unfortunately, it did not become No.1 song however it was very cool rock’n roll. I think he was one of the big artist of 1984. I got this album soon after listening to this song. Its sleeve was also so cool.
In this video, Bruce was dancing but not so good at. At the last scene, he invited cute girl on the stage then danced with her. After this video, he somtimes invited a girl on stage. Sometimes not girl ;-)
