ミャン携帯事情、その4。SIMが安くなるまで携帯なんで全く普及してなったんですが、2014年を境に爆発的に加入者が増えました。で、一緒にスマホも。ということでガラケーすっ飛ばして、いきなり初携帯がスマホという状態。みーんなそこかしこでゲームしてます・・・。
さて、今日はこの曲で行ってみましょう。野良猫たち最後のTop10ヒット。

邦題は「セクシー＆セブンティーン」。Billboard誌で1983年10月に2週間、最高5位を記録しました。彼らの3rd Album「Rant n' Rave with the Stray Cats」からのシングルカットで、最後のTop10ヒット曲です。
以前ご紹介した「Rock This Town」より少しテンポを落としていますが、やはりダンサンブルなOld Rock’n Rollになってます。Brianの小刻みなリフとアーミング、バチバチ弾くウッドベース、もう最高。ロカビリーを身近にしてくれたバンドっす。
PVもスクールものになっててなかなかオモロイ出来です。当時のアメリカの高校ってこんな感じだったのかな？
最強の3ピースバンドの1つ、まぁ、聴いてみてくださいな。

This song got 2 weeks No.5 on Billboard Magazine in October of 1983. It was a single from their 3rd album “Rant n' Rave with the Stray Cats” and it was the last top 10 hits for them.
This song was little slower than “Rock This Town” which I introduced before, however it was also danceable old rock and roll. Brian’s guitar riff and arming, bass sounds like slapping, it was so cool.
They made us to close to rockabilly. And its video was very interesting because which showed american highshool scene.
One of the greatest 3 piece band, try this song.
