食べ物屋さんで持ち帰りをする際にはミャンマー語でパッセとお伝えしましたが、汁物もパッセできます。例えば麺類。パッセをお願いすると麺とスープを分けて持ち帰りができます。ただしここはミャンマー。汁物はビニール袋に入れられちゃいます。金魚すくいのビニール袋みたいなやつですー・・・
さて、今日はこの曲。女性ながら緊張感をまとった一曲です。

邦題は「愛の嵐」。メロドラマのようなタイトルっす。この曲はBillboard誌で1983年12月に１週だけ最高5位を記録しました。彼女のライブアルバム「Live From Earth」からのシングルカットです。
曲全体がなんとなく緊張感を漂わせていて、Patのシャウトで始まります。当時、彼女みたいにシャウトして歌う女性シンガーはあまり記憶にないかなぁ・・・。声がキレイで迫力もあって、カッコイイ女性ロッカーですね
PVは家出したPatがNYで娼婦になるけど娼婦館オーナーに反発してそこの娼婦全員と踊りながら出て行ってしまう、という何ともスゴイ内容

This song got 1 week No.5 on Billboard Magazine in December of 1983. It was released as a single from her live album “Live From Earth”.
This song had a tension from the beginning to the end, and it started with her shout. At that time, I don’t remember a female singer who shout as Pat. She had very beautiful and impressive voice and she was cool rock female singer.
Regarding the video, it was also impressive. Run away from home, become a prostitute. Then rebel against a owner and quit from a house of prostitutes. Wow….
I think her makeup was too much, however she was beauty. I think she looks like actress, Michelle Pfeiffer. (Personally, I like Michelle than Pat…)
