こんばんわ、ヤンゴン在中・つっちゃんです。
ヤンゴンには野良犬が異常なほどいます。犬たちはいたっておとなしく可愛らしいのですが、中には狂犬病にかかっている犬もいるらしく、少々恐いです。
さて今日の曲はこれ。Rockです。

1982年の6月末から3週間、Billboad紙で最高4位を記録しました。
当時は「かっこいい曲だなぁ」と思って聴いていたのですが、後々いろいろと知るとかなりのスーパーバンド。King CrimsonやらELP、Yesなどのプログレッシブロック大御所グループの各メンバーが作ったグループです。
Asiaというバンド名が、中坊の私に優越感と親近感を沸かせてくれた覚えがあります（笑）
曲のサビ部分が印象的で、よく耳につく曲です。John Wettonの声質が心地よく、よ～く聴いていました。
彼らの特徴ってこのJohn Wettonの声とドラマチックな展開をする曲だと思うんだけど、もう1つ。アルバムのジャケットがとても印象的。Yesのアルバムも描いていた方の作なんすね。
良い声のドラマチックな曲なので、まぁ、聴いてみてくださいな。

This song got No.4 position of Billboard mag during 3 weeks of June, 1982.
At that time, I felt it was cool song. Later I knew this band was made with ex member of King Crimson, ELP and Yes. They were super big progressive bands.
This song is very impressive song. John Wetton’s voice is very good and warm sounds.
I think Asia features John Wetton’s good voice and dramatic song. And one more thing. Their album jackets have very impressive art. This artist drew Yes’s album jacket also.
