災害時に見える社会問題
１。略奪というのは泥棒がほかの人の家に入って、盗むことです。

書いた人の高校の友達のお父さんはあわじで略奪をするのが見られました。でも、ほかのへんではあまり見られなかったらしいです。ニューオーリンズでは、APの人によると略奪のことがみえたらしいです。それから、政府が略奪を防ぐことが大事だと思います。政府が何もしなかったら、略奪の数が増えるんじゃないかと思います。
