室内で過ごします。
思いつきで作りました。
生麩を土台にしてフワフワのなんかあんかけ、を作りました。
あんかけってすきですね～
気温も下がったのでちょうどいいかもね。
hi, it is raining. sped time at home.
I just came up with an idea of using raw wheat gluten and soy glazed sauce. I like glazed sauce. the temperature dropped compare with yesterday, good to have it today.
梅雨の季節、食中毒に注意ですね。梅干し、火を通す、冷蔵庫でしっかり保存するなど。管理を念入りに行ってください。
次回は梅料理を作ってみますね。
