気のせいか、レストラン街に人が多いような。
通りすがりに聞いた、若手男子の会話です。
「どうしてあのお店は100円引きなの？」の問いかけに、彼の友人が「プレミアム サタデーだからだよ」と（笑）
なんだか微笑ましい
どっちでもいいか～、プレミアムだもんね
hi, it is premium friday, how do you spend tonight?
I felt there are more people than usual at restaurant floor.
I heard a conversation of teenage boys.
a boy asked his friend, " why does that restaurant give us 100 yen discount? "
His friend answered " because it is Premium Saturday"
so cute. does not matter, it is Premium anyway.
さて、最近、ペペロンチーノがおいしくて
私は塩麹を使用します。
I often make Aglio e olio （peperoncino)
I use Shio Koji （made by fermenting kouji mold with salt and water）
ポテトはローズマリー味にしてオーブンで焼きました。
スープはレンコンスープ。咳がでていたのでね。
忙しいときのワンプレートごはん。お世話になります。
added baked potatoes with rosemary, lotus root soup for my cough.
One plate dish is helpful on busy time. Appreciate your excellent work
