ちょっと遅れましたが、ひな祭りに作ったちらし寿司です。
にんじんは蒸し煮、卵の代わりに高野豆腐、菜の花と紅生姜を散らしました。

steamed carrot, freeze-drid tofu(koya dofu) as a substitute for egg, flower of cole, and red ginger on the top.
