風邪をひきしばしダウンしておりました。
鼻が弱いので、すぐに蓄膿になるんですね
なかなか鼻が改善されません。

ちょっと前に作ったパンケーキ。
お友達が良質の粉をくださいました。
トッピングはリンゴの葛煮、シナモン、メープルシロップ。
おいしかったーー
Made pancake a while ago since my friend gave me good quality of flour.
There are apple with kuzu, cinnamon, maple. fluffy and soooo good!
今は療養中なので、パン類は控えています。
