Merry Christmas!
Did Santa visit you?
外出して魚を食べたのですが、すぐに野菜がほしくなりました。
サラダです。
I went out and ate fish. I immediatelly eager to have vegetables.
made salad.
葉っぱ、豆腐、赤大根、黄色人参、アボカド、セロリにヨーグルトソースです。
陰性よりのサラダですが、おいしく感じました。
There are green leaves, Tofu, red raddish, yellow carrot, avocado, celery with yorgurt dressing. the salad has more Yin vegetables, though, it was very delicious for me.
他には長ネギ、キノコ、大根たっぷりの雑炊です。
Another dish is porridge with rice and vegetables(green onions, mushrooms, and raddish)
これから食生活が忙しくなる時期ですね。
