最近玄米が入りません。なので、分づき米や白米と雑穀を混ぜて食べています。

かつて好んでいた根菜があまり・・・・・ トマトソース、ポテト、リンゴ、柑橘系を好みます。

おそらく陽性の排毒反応だと思うのですが。


そしてなぜか鯵の干物が食べたくて、食べたくて・・・・・ 久々にお魚が食卓に並びました。


最近寒いとはいえ、春の気配を感じます。冬に溜め込んだものをちゃんと排出させないと。

ポイントは『苦味』です。




I have not been able to eat brown rice, so I eat pounded brown rice or white rice with some grains.

root vegetables which I used to like are hard to swallow..... I now prefer tomato sauce, potatos, apples, and citrus taste.

I guess this is a reacion of Yan egest.


and some how I eager to eat dried horse mackerel..... a fish was served on a table after a while.


it is still chilly outside, however I feel spring is nealy coming. things that I took during winte being kept in body are time to be out.

the point is 『bitter taste』
