Talk about the work you have experienced in your career.
・What are some of the demanded things about that job?
・What have you enjoyed about it?
My demanded experience was
When I took a professional baking program at an American community college,
I had a hard time with the totally different units of measurement for ingredients.
This is because in Japan, when we scale for ingredients, we use "grams" , "milliliters" and "Celsius"、
but in the U.S. they use "pounds" , "ounces" and "fahrenheit"
I’ve never use them.
It was professional training, so in the lesson works required to be fast and correct,
So my mind was constantly confused and frastrated.
What I enjoyed was taking lessons about chocolate from a former chef of a famous chocolate store in Portland Oregon. It was a great honor.
Also I was able to learn many recipes from Professors
they tautgt me authentic American bakings to artisan French breads and fancy cakes
I improved my baking skills through practice.
The American apple pie and pumpkin cheesecake I learned there
are now popular recipes in my own cooking class.
