Yesterday...I volunteered at an elementary school's "Pre-School Fair" ^_^.
It was fun. The objective of this fair was to introduce children and parents in the community to the school environment, and what they can expect when they start schooling, so a few of my classmates and I were asked by this school to share our expertise in oral health. Of course these kids were very young, and soo cute! This was the table that three of my classmates and I had set up.
lol it was quite the experience. The children we saw ranged from 3-5 years of age. They were so funny, especially when I asked them how many times they brush their teeth in one day. I got answers that ranged from 2 times per day to 20 times per day haha. I think kids come up with the funniest things to say =P
As a result of our volunteering effort, we received a gift from the school. I was very surprised when they handed it to us because I was not expecting it at all. ^__^ The staff at this school were all too kind. =)

This cup will serve as a reminder of the big differences we can all make by putting in that tiny bit of effort each day =)
