This is the first time to write a diary in English. I'll tell you how it came about.
When I talked with my dad on the phone yesterday, he asked me
'How's study goin? Btw, can you say ''the new prime minister of Jpn was elected yesterday' in English?'
'The new prime minister of Jpn was inaugurated yesterday' I said.
'Not bad. So how do you think about the new prime minister of Jpn, Noda? Answer in English'
I didnt have any idea about that. So I said like with being upset
'well, ahh, he mmay nnnot have aaa leadership!'
and then he sayd
'ok, study harder. bye'
The question I'd never expected to be asked made me feel despair!! I couldn't have answered even in Japanese!!
Come to think of it, though, I found myself not knowing about Japan very well.
Some people who have been to the other country might have felt like that.
Anyway, I'm planning to write like this as often as I can. I know I've got to do this.
