発熱と右足関節の疼痛発赤の14歳の男子。
septic arthritisの診断で抗菌薬投与。MSSA陽性。
入院中に右胸部痛と呼吸困難。

CT施行。
multiple bilateral cavitating nodules with some of the nodules having a distinct vessel directly leading into the nodule (feeding vessel sign)
敗血症性肺塞栓のCT所見みたいです。
結節に血管がつながってます。
