常染色体優性遺伝で背の高くて腕が長い。大動脈解離とMVP(僧帽弁逸脱症)が心配ですね。
MVPの鑑別はいろいろあるんですね。
聴診は心尖部で最もよく聴取される←僧帽弁なので。MRを伴う場合には収縮後期のMR雑音を伴うクリックを生じる。左室のサイズを減少させる手技（例，着座，起立，バルサルバ手技）でMR雑音が出現するかまたは増大かつ延長する。
MVPはバセドウ病，乳房発育不全，von Willebrand症候群，鎌状赤血球症，およびリウマチ性心疾患の患者でより頻度が高い。
【Ehlers Danlos】
Type I and III collagen involved → hyperextensible skin
組織が脆弱：脱臼や消化管ヘルニア、動脈瘤、気胸など。
【Scurvy】
Vitamin C deficiency (OH-pro problems)
Type III affected
Bleeding gums
Follicular hemorrhages (=bleeding into hair follicles)
