the right is Japanese-style fried vegitable, and the left is Miso soup!
i cooked the both☆
the right is with sliced Japanese radish"Daikon", Chinese cabbage, minced pork and beaf, shrimp and welsh onion.
i stir-fried these in a little sesame oil and added salt and Dashinomoto, a japanese famous seasoning.
And i also added soy sauce and dried bonito flakes to this finally to give it a delicate flavor.
Miso soup is with onion and potato.
The sweetness of these vegitable makes this soup more delicious and deep!
