NBIが人類交渉で4人逮捕
国家捜査局(NBI)は本日、人身売買でPasay City NBI- International Operations Division (NBI-IOD)による日本国民4人の逮捕を発表した。
NBIオフィサー担当(OIC)ディレクターエリック・B。 Distorは、被験者をHIROSHI AKIBA a.k.a HIRO、国際王とクイーンマニラの代表者、そして3人のバーの従業員をMARY JANE SANTOS a.k. a YUKI、JEANETTE GONZALES a.k.k.a. CHERRY、ERLIN DA MERILLOはリンダ。
ディレクターは、日本国家が運営するPasay市の某国際王とQUEEN MANILA(クラブ)の運営に関する情報から仕上げられたと述べた。 このクラブは、フィリピン人の若い女性を外国人に性的サービスのためにPhp 8,000.00から始まる料金と引き換えに行っていると主張しています。

NBI ARRESTS FOUR FOR HUMAN TRAFFICKING
The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) today announced the arrest of four (4) individuals including one (1) Japanese national by the NBI- International Operations Division (NBI-IOD) in Pasay City for Human Trafficking.
NBI Officer-In-Charge (OIC) Director Eric B. Distor identified the subjects as HIROSHI AKIBA a.k.a HIRO, Japanese national and manager of International King and Queen Manila; and three (3) employees of the bar identified as MARY JANE SANTOS a.k.a YUKI, JEANETTE GONZALES a.k.a. CHERRY, and ERLINDA MERILLO a.k.a LINDA.
Director Distor said that the operation stemmed from an information regarding the operation of a certain INTERNATIONAL KING AND QUEEN MANILA (CLUB) in Pasay City operated by a Japanese national. The club is allegedly peddling young Filipino women to foreigners for sexual services in exchange for a fee starting from Php 8,000.00.
Thus, NBI-IOD planned a rescue operation and apprehension of the operators of the said club through the participation of “players” who will pose as guests (poseur-client) availing the services “entertainment” being offered by the club. On February 2, 2022, NBI-IOD operatives proceeded to the target club and positioned themselves strategically in the vicinity waiting for the pre-arranged signal from the poseur-clients. They were instructed to enter the club where they were asked if they knew the manager of the club and said that they knew Linda, the manager thereat. Upon entry, they were approached by Linda and brought two (2) women who seated beside the poseur-clients. Then, they asked the women about the other services offered by the establishment. The women answered that they also offer special services (sexual services) for the price of Php 3,500.00 to be performed at the VIP Rooms which payment will be integrated in their total bill.
Upon handing over of the marked money to Linda as payment for the sexual service to be performed by the women, the pre-arranged signal was given to the operatives and they immediately swooped in to the establishment and apprehended the four (4) subjects. The operatives were able to rescue fifty-five (55) trafficked women who were brought to the NBI-IOD office for investigation. Seized were the marked money found at the cashier of the club.
Further investigation revealed that the women working in the club were either recruited thru Facebook, walk-in referred by friends or by word of mouth. They received a daily compensation of Php 380.00 subject to deduction should they come later than their 7:00-7:30 PM call time who were required to work 4:00 o’clock in the morning with duties like entertaining guest, having alcoholic beverages with them or providing sexual service.
Subjects were brought for inquest proceedings before the Office of the City Prosecutor of Pasay on February 04, 2022 for violation of Section 4(a) of R.A. 9208 (Anti Trafficking in Persons Act of 2003, as amended by R.A. 10364 (Expanded Anti-Trafficking in Persons Act).
