雲南市創作市民演劇2021『永井隆物語』

＜あらすじ＞
放射線を研究し放射線で数多の患者を救った永井隆は、その代償として原子病を発症し余命数年と宣告される。
妻に幼子の将来を託し残りの人生を自らの体を冒す原子病の研究に捧げると誓った昭和二十年、あの原子爆弾が長崎に投下された。
科学者として、医師として、父として、そして神を信じる者として、隆は後世に何を遺そうとしたのか――。
”The Tale of Takashi Nagai”

Radiation researcher, Takashi Nagai (1908-1951), effectively administered radiation treatment on
numerous patients, saving their lives. In return for his hard work, he was given only a few more years to live.
In 1945, after he had decided to dedicate the rest of his life to the research of the radiation sickness that was affecting his own body, the atomic bomb was dropped on Nagasaki.
As a scientist, a doctor, a father, and a believer in God, what was it that Takashi Nagai wanted to leave behind for future generations?

雲南市を中心に各地から集まった市民が、演劇の世界に触れる喜びを体感し、
参加者の相互交流と出会いの場を得ることで、地域文化の活性化を目的としています。
公演・演劇ワークショップなどの企画、制作、開催などを行い、
心豊かな人づくり、まちづくりを目指します。
【What is Unnan Public Theater Production?】
In the past, Kisuki-cho, Unnan City used to have a thriving Seinendan theater.
In 2010, a new public theater project was started under the philosophy that "community development leads to individual character development." Unnan Public Theater has a unique style of separately recruiting performers and staff for each individual performance, and then only after selecting and getting to know the new cast, the process of writing a new screenplay is begun. This has given Unnan Public Theater a reputation of high-quality theater. For this reason, more and more people want to participate in our theater productions and the size of our audiences continues to grow.
What’s special about this public theater is that the performances involve not only the appearance of actors, but customized stage art, stage set, stage props, lighting, sound, costume, and makeup. In addition, our own members manage our public relations, theater production, and theater design, as well as work as production assistants. Our theater group members, who rush over to the theater after a full day of school or work to hold numerous lengthy meetings and rehearsals, go to any expense to ensure the excellence of each individual theater production.
