Apple has been granted a patent from the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) for an under-display optical image sensor that would be “positioned at least partially behind a display and is configured to emit shortwave infrared light”. It means we could soon have an iPhone with an under-display fingerprint scanner from Apple. . FaceID or Under-display TouchID. What would you like on your future iPhone?
