Some say it's merely a meaninglessness in use by new Internet start-ups, power-driven by project capitalism, as a way to generate hype; more than a few say it's a new mode of design; one say it's the new way of web development, i.e. Ajax and Ruby on Rails; and many say it's simply the close measure towards a Semantic Web. I mistrust there'll of all time be accord until what Web 2.0 is until is is was.

There isn't a vein as to what is Web 2.0 and what isn't. This makes categorising blogs bumbling. If a web log is just about nice terete corner effects: is it around Web 2.0? If a diary is more or less new start-ups: is it nearly Web 2.0? If a journal is roughly Ruby development: is it going on for Web 2.0? For the archetypical and end I would reason them as ornamentation and development, respectively, but I'm moderately confident that designers and developers, respectively, would also categorize themselves as Web 2.0.

Then again, does a dash requirement to be drawn? Perhaps Web 2.0 is the harmonize between design, increase and business organization. But is Venture Capital and Web 2.0 the same thing? Nope, but they are related.
