Difference between a book and a paper

The book explains the relationship between π and the golden ratio φ. In other words, π=4/√φ. In contrast, the main content of the paper is to explain why the globally used "π=3.14159..." which is used around the world, is wrong and explains its inconsistency. Therein lies the difference.
