2nd DAY
It was a long day today but I enjoyed and learned a lot. The Networking Skill is one of the important skills included in communication skills. I will apply the skills for real business and daily situation.
Group Work - What is Networking? - difficult

Practical Networking presented by SUE - very practical
- How to stand (leave space for someone who may join in the circle)
- How to start conversation (I'm Mike, Mike Smith. You are?)
- How to shake hands
- Where to put a nameplate (at right collarbone)
- Never use business cards at the beginning
- How to behave when new person come into circle
- How to introduce who you are = how to explain our job
(e.g. You know when... I can help... to ... with ... by... As a result ...)
- The fear of rejection makes people hasitate to jump in
- Find common grounds
