Jennifer Aniston plays a stripper with a heart of gold in her latest film role.
The
trailer for the movie, We’re The Millers, showcases the Friends star in
a variety of skimpy lingerie getups that puts her incredibly toned body
on full display.
Now the secret to the 44-year-old actress enviably lithe figure has been revealed - a hybrid form of yoga and calisthenics, called Yogalosophy.

Jennifer credits her friend and trainer Mandy Ingber for getting her into strip tease shape.
The yoga teacher to the stars chatted about her 28-day calorie busting program toABC News, on Wednesday.
Ingber explained the fundamentals of Yogalosophy: ‘It's yoga paired with toning exercises, so people who were bored with yoga might try it, or people that were really into yoga might get a little extra workout.’

to Ingber Jennifer practises the limb bending exercise three times a
week and says the star’s favourite yogic stretch is tree pose – where
she is forced to stand on one leg.
But the celebrity trainer, who is the author of Yogalosophy: 28 Days To the Ultimate Mind-Body Makeover, insisted that her hybrid workout is only effective when in concert with cardiovascular exercise.
Previously, Jennifer told E: 'Yoga kinda helps you prepare for everything. Honestly, it's like meditation.
'It just allows anything that is coming at you throughout the day to be kind of doable.'

Meanwhile,
in the teaser for the movie Jennifer looks incredible in see-through
lacy lingerie, showing off her toned tummy and pert bottom as she
gyrates her hips while performing a strip tease.
The
famous blonde stars opposite Jason Sudeikis, who is seen slapping her
bottom while she performs the seductive dance to Mickey Avalon's Stroke
Me.
The film, directed by Rawson
Marshall Thurber, is about a pot dealer (Jason) who puts together a fake
family as he attempts to smuggle a large shipment of marijuana across
the Mexican border into the U.S.
Jennifer plays Jason's 'fake' wife who eventually is held hostage by a group of Mexican thugs. We're The Millers will be released in the US on August 9.
