Kim Kardashian raised eyebrows on Thursday as she crammed her swollen feet into Perspex heels, with painful looking results.
But fortunately the pregnant reality star finally seems to be giving her feet a much needed rest.
Kim, who up until now has only worn flats for trips to the gym, ditched the sky high shoes and slipped into some far more comfortable ballet pumps on Saturday.

Kim sported an all-black ensemble for her flight, which along with her flats consisted of trousers, a loose-fitting top and a long unbuttoned coat.
The star went make-up free for the early morning outing but shielded her bare face with oversized aviator sunglasses, sweeping her brunette locks into a slick ponytail.

Along with her huge suitcase Kris carried a quilted black handbag and a houndstooth neck pillow to keep her comfortable during the flight.

Kris, 57, also appeared to be make-up free underneath her dark glasses.
With such an early journey it’s no wonder the mother and daughter duo decided to skip their usually extensive beauty regimes.

‘Kim is very unhappy that Kanye won’t be around as much because of his work,’ the insider claimed.

if she flew on a private jet with the baby to see Kanye, it would be
impossible for mother and baby to be on the road with him.
‘Kim wants to breast feed for at least the first six months. The baby needs to be on a schedule, and that is hard when crossing time lines.’
