Oh to be a fly on the wall of Kimye's current Manhattan residence.
They're
certainly presenting a physical show of unity as they parade around
Manhattan together; but neither party seems particularly happy.
However,
on Tuesday when Kim stepped out in yet another little black dress that
clung to her bump, and every other curve for that matter; Kanye showed a
protective side that has remained hitherto unseen.

She's sticking with it! Kim Kardashian donned another tight little black dress as she paraded around New York with Kanye West on Tuesday
The
rapper spotted a storm drain as his heavily pregnant girlfriend was
approaching in stiletto heels and made sure she managed to steer herself
past it.
The evening before Kardashian, her
bump and Kanye West dined out on fine Italian cuisine to alleviate any
worries of a blue Monday.
After a busy day of promotional activities in the Big Apple, the pregnant reality star was escorted to dinner by her rapper boyfriend at Babbo in Manhattan.
Kim, 32, was spotted hand in hand with her man as the pair headed out for a romantic evening, following her red carpet turn at the E! 2013 Upfront event.

Caring: Kanye made sure to steer Kim over the storm drain as her heels were perilously thin

Sweet: Kanye was obviously worried for the safety of his girlfriend

Lean on me: Kanye lets the mother of his child lead her across the dangerous terrain
Earlier Kim and Kanye were photographed out in New York together before she later rushed off with her family for promotional duties at the network event, which airs the hugely popular Kardashian reality shows.
Kim displayed her curves in a plunging satin tuxedo-style coat dress which she wore to the Upfront event held at The Grand Ballroom at the Manhattan Center.
Speaking to reporters at the gathering, Kim said she's gotten more used to pregnancy, is more comfortable in her skin and is no longer feeling the aches and pains of expectant motherhood.
'Now I think I'm past all the awkward phases and stages, and once you feel the baby kick it's a whole new experience,' Kardashian said on Monday.
'I finally really embrace it. I love it now, but it took a minute. It was a lot, you know, a lot of body changes and stuff.'

On our way: Disaster averted, Kimye are free to go about their business

Short and sweet: Kim's enjoying her little black frocks at the minute

Gentlemen: Kanye also held the door open for his baby mama
The reality star has received a lot of scrutiny over how she's chosen to dress her baby bump. For a while she avoided maternity clothes, wearing see-through tops and leather pants. The TV personality also opted to still wear designer clothing but in larger sizes that maybe weren't meant for an expectant woman.
Kardashian says she's not only feeling better but is pretty calm about giving birth and isn't nervous.
'At
the beginning that was what I feared the most, and now, I mean, it's
inevitable,' she said. 'It's gonna happen. I'm really not worried or
nervous.'
Kardashian and her baby's father,
Kanye, know the gender of their child but are keeping it a secret. She
said she's careful when she goes shopping to not give anything away.
'We buy all white,' she said, laughing. 'Or we'll go and buy both (girls' and boys' clothing), and then no one will know.'

Little black dresses: Kim has had a theme for her New York visit

Besides
Kardashian's belly, the cast of Keeping up with the Kardashians is
getting bigger. The upcoming eighth season will include stepdad Bruce
Jenner's sons, Brandon and Brody Jenner, along with Brandon's wife, Leah
Jenner.
Brandon and Brody Jenner's mom is actress Linda Thompson, who was engaged to Elvis Presley.
Kardashian said it only makes sense to feature her step-brothers on the show.
'Our parents got married when I was 10 years old so people don't see that side of our lives,' she said, 'but they've been in our lives for so long so it's fun to share that with everyone.'
