ずっと私のメインPCは、Windows11 非対応かと思っていました。
マイクロソフト様公式に、PC 正常性チェック アプリなんてものがあり、試してみると

TPM2.0 オン になっていないから Windows11 使えないとのエラー
そこで、UEFIのAdvanced→PCH-FW ConfigrationでTPM2.0をオンにしました。
すると。下記の気を付けてが出ました。
※ASUS社のマザーボードの場合の設定です。

ptt はインテル me/csme/txe に統合されたハードウェア tpm2.0 実装で、認証情報の保存と鍵の管理を行います。
ファームウェアのtpmキーは、ドライブ暗号化のためにintel pttとWindows bitlockerを有効にすると、intel meのデータ領域に保存されます。
システムはオペレーティングシステムに起動せず、データは暗号化されたままで復元できません。
PC 正常性チェック アプリにて、再度確認
Windows11 が使用可能に！(買い替代が浮いた！)
intel CPUでいうと、第8世代以前だとだめだそうなので・・・
