豚の生姜焼き

Hi everyone 爆笑

It started rainy season in Japan. It’s called Tsuyu in Japanese.Does it have rainy season in everyone’s country?

The rainy season in Japan has high temperature and humidity.so we feel uncomfortable.but if it didn’t rain much in this season,it will be seriously shortage of water.it would affect to agriculture.

I’ll introduce a Butano shougayaki. It’s very popular pork dish:) and super easy!

Let’s try it!

Ingredients

For 4 servings

350g Thin pork belly

1 onion

Sauce

★1 teaspoon sweet sake (mirin)

★3tablespoons cooking sake

★90ml soy sauce

★3tablespoons sugar

★30g grated ginger

(A tube of ginger can also use)

・cake flour

Preparation

1.Cut onion into thinly

2.sprinkle some cake flour to pork.

Using cake flour makes pork easier to lock in the flavor and tenderize.

3.heat up a pan with medium and put oil into it, and stir fry cutting onions.

move the onions from pan to a plate after it changes onions color.

4.stir fry pork with medium heat.

After changing both sides colors ,put ★sauce and onion into pan, and the dress pork with sauce.

The sauce dress overall with them ,it complete!

5.Lets say Itadakimasu

This pears well with rice:)
