I went to the La Collina in Shiga prefecture with my family last week.

It’s popular with Baumkuchen.

It is sold at Club Harie in La Collina.

Baumkuchen is a little expensive,but so gooood!!

Particularly some sugar coated baumkuchen outside.its pretty delicious!

I’ll introduce you the butashiokarubi-don!

It’s a salt flavor rice bowl.

You use only 2 ingredients,so super easy!



Ingredients

For 4 servings

260g pork belly

2 Japanese leek





Sauce 

★150ml water 

★1 tablespoon tube of garlic

★1 tablespoon chicken broth mix

★A dash of sesame oil

★2 teaspoons cooking sake 

・potato starch with water 

・roasted sesame,black pepper and chopped green onion,as you like 



Preparation 

1.slice Japanese leek and cut the pork into bite size pieces 



2.mix ★ingredients To make a sauce.



3.stir fry pork with medium heat without oil.add and stir fry Japanese leeks after changing poke into brown.





4.add and mix No.2 sauce with medium heat.



5.after boiling,add potato starch with water.

6.put it on the rice,and put roasted sesame,black pepper and chopped green onion,as you like 



7.Itadakimasu!
