さて、「あなたのロックショー！」この番組Turn Up the Volume... 早速ヘビーリスナー（？）のマッキーからコメントが来てたので、私の好きな歌の歌詞について書いてみます。やはり英語の勉強にはしっかりしたストーリー性のある美メロ系がベストですね！オススメはたくさんあるので、とりあえずさっき聴いてたナンバーで、達人Farrah（HP ）のme tooと言うアルバムから、お送りする曲はFirst and last...

注：　

①let X go = 開放する、自由にする、持っているものを手放す

②fix = "I'll fix you a drink"が語源だと思うんですけど俗語で麻薬注射を打つこと、アル中にとっての「一杯」のような意味です

③Alcatraz = サンフランシスコ湾内の小島にあり、「絶対脱獄できない」と言われてた刑務所。映画The Rockの舞台にもなりました。現在は使用されていません。

④third degree = 口語で（警察等がするような）厳しい尋問・拷問。第三度（重症）の火傷と言う意味もあります！

さあ、みんな、レッツ・チャレンジ・イングリッシュ！訳例は後日アップします。HPから曲も聴けますので是非！この声、このメロで、このメッセージ... 即死ものです！ちなみに、私が初めて聴いたロックの曲って... 覚えてない（あまり思い出したくない）んですけど学生時代には豹ガラのタイツ穿いてVan HalenのAtomic Punkとかバンドでやってました... セルフタイトルのデビューアルバムに入ってるんですけど、こちらの邦題は「炎の導火線！」要はバリバリのヘビメタですね。
