Cooking of the day, a Crab!

As you might know, San francisco embraces various sea foods which are represented by Fisherman's Wharf. There are many delicious sea foods restaurants
So, if you are here in San Francisco, you can not miss crabs.

The crabs in San Francisco are called Dangeness Crab.

Today, I am showing you how to cook crabs at home.

Ingredients
-Dangeness crabs from China Town
(Easy to get crabs in Cihna townas they are actively fresh)
-Salts

Recipe
1. Choose the biiiiiig size pan as big enough to put whole crab in it
2. Put water in the pan and start boiling the water (not yet with crab)
3. Put some salt in the water (not too much. One spoon is ok.
And do not boil up the water before putting the crab)
4. Around 80 celcius degree, this is the timing.  Grab the crab!

 (It is active, so be carefull not to get pinched by the crab)
5. Slide the crab in the biling water (before boiling up)
==>Why before boiling up the water?
Crabs are very sensitive to the sudden change of environtemt or stimulations. If you put the crabs in the boiled-up water, crabs will be shocked and they cut their arms and legs by themselves and  the stuffs inside the crab will be flown out while boiling them.)
6. If crabs move so much, use the pan cover.
7. Keep boiling for 12-15 minutes

8. You will see the color of crabs turn red from brown
9. Done!!!
