It took just 2 hours from Belize to Miami.
Why Miami? I was supposed to go back to Cancun tonight by bus and take a flight from Cancun to here in the next morning for transit and connect to Quito (Ecuador).
But the schedule was too tight and I didn't want to stress myself out by thinking of the night bus again. So I made a change to fly to Miami directly.
However, as a rebound effect back from the third country, I'm spoiling myself too much.
As soon as I arrived, I rushed into a sushi bar and also stopped by Bacardi Rum bar (my favorite LOL), then went though shops...everything is here!!!
I'm currently staying in an airport hotel in MIA (Miami International Airport) and watching xfactor!!! Since I could not watch TV at all, I'm catching up the world :)
Welcome back to the civilized world (for one night)!
However, I'm seriously having reverse culture shock now...too excited about everything which I used to have, but also I've raised a question.
Is this all really necessary?
I feel like I lost something in return.
