Hello everyone, this is my first blog post! Found this site mostly by accident, while previewing the Twitter for one of my favorite bands called Sex-Android. I thought the place looked cool, so I decided to join. So hopefully I stay as a regular, though as a Gaikujin, since I don't really understand that much Japanese, probably at the level of the majority when it comes to basic phrases, and maybe a little more, since I'm somewhat invested in a lot of the aspects. I enjoy a lot of Japanese Music from the 60's, 70's, 80's, and 90's. I also enjoy a lot of older Japanese media when it comes to Tokusatsu films and shows like Robotto Keiji, Godzilla, and Invasion of the Neptune Men.
I've also been invested in quite a bit of the fashion from Japan, and how that has evolved post-war, and how culture had sprawled and manage to influence the west as well. Also, the technological sprawl, and Japan's in-home microcomputer revolution of their very own, especially when it came to the PC-Engine systems, and MSX. I've been wanting to travel to Japan to make my own low budget, but also grimey Cyberpunk film inspired by √964 Pinnochio, Electric Dragon 80.000 V, and the Tetsuo films. Balls to the wall grimey, with some western underground influences like Gregg Araki and Jon Moritsugu.
