I do not understand some women in the comments. You watched the movie, right? SHE DIVORCED HIS ASS. He BEGGED her not to do it, he DID NOT cheat. Yes, he did not help financially, but he was trying hard to make his dream a reality. With some dreams it takes time. She was understanding and supportive, until she wasnt. She gave up on him and on his dream. Of course it is not right that he did everything he said he will do for her, for another woman. But he gave her 10 million dollars AND bought her mothers house. When she spend 1,5 million for his dream. He did not own her more than that. And to have other women in the comments supporting her behavior, is really showing why no one will want to marry your crazy asses..

I think people are looking too much into I don't think it displays s stereotype take race out of it clearly There s been plenty of movies of crazy white women going after the man they loved it's about a woman who loved and man so much she almost lost her life after him. She literally was selfless at almost every turn and when she felt like he had taken her for everything and reciprocated nothing but resentment she gave up on him and after trying to build this man up for two decades he finally has what she had faith for so long he would and the fairy tell they had in mind he gives to someone else form the ring to the dress and the ability to have a child that was taken from her... It's a complete circle of when forgiveness is done and resentment sets in, it wasn't a bad movie it had some really good acting in it i just wish it could have ended differently.. I think soon as people see it was made by Tyler Perry they look for reasons to not like it or call it a stereotype or a way to make black women look bad forget for the majority of the movie she carried their relationship solely on her own without nagging 💁..
I was disappointed. The actors were just ok. Not too great in fact. There were some suspense but not a lot. Typical mom wants to protect her children cliche. Yawn. Lots of movie mistakes. Like when the psycho Mexican gets run over by a car and walks around stabbing like it's nothing. Is he on drugs? I heard cocaine can make you not feel pain....
