【職務内容】
1.セールスターゲットマネージメント
Sales Target Management
Build annual/ monthly/ per boutique/ per customer/ per product sales budget (sell-through and sell-in) an supporting action plans
Follow-up monthly sales estimate on a weekly basis
Consolidate and analyze sales results to define necessary sales activities
2. 予算管理
Sales Budget Management
Develop and implement strategic plans on boutique opening, expansion, re-location and closure
Coordinate, manage and control established action plans within the budget through appropriate communicatio
with managers and other departments
3. ストアマネジメント
Store Management
Motivate Store Managers and staff to be pro-active and effective with the assistance of HR Manager
Set objectives, appraise and provide guidance Store Managers and Staff
Ensure recruiting/ training/ maintaining motivation of Store Manager and Sales staff are properly carried out beach departments
4.顧客マネジメント
Customer Relationship Management
Develop relationship with customers(Department stores, landlord)
Define and implement network development strategy
5. ビジネスパートナー交渉
Partner relationship management
Negotiate with current/new business partners to conclude, renew and terminate the contract.
Propose and manage coordinated promotions and events, negotiating with department stores to achieve s
targets and objectives.

【応募条件】
５－８年以上のリテール経験（ラグジュアリー/カジュアル両方の経験が生かせます）
イタリアorフランスのブランドでの勤務経験者優遇
