Daughter - Run

ドーターは2010年ロンドンで結成されたスリーピースバンド。２枚の自主制作を経て、4ADレーベルから今年アルバム「If you leave」でメジャーデビュー。4ADのプッシュもあり、すでにファンも多く今年フジロックに出演、初来日を果たした。

今のところこのバンドが僕の中での今年一番の収穫。「Youth」って曲を最初に聞いてやられた。今にも消え入りそうなアンニュイな声と良い意味で不安定なサウンド。ライブ映像ちょっと見た感じだと決まったスタイルはなくてボーカルのエレナがギターだったりベースを弾いてたりする。

The Lumineers - Stubborn Love

ルミニアーズはアメリカ、コロラド州にて結成のフォークロックバンド。
活動開始は2005年。2012年にアルバム「The Lumineers」でメジャーデビュー。そしてそのアルバムはBillboard 200で総合アルバムチャートの45位にランクイン。トップロックアルバムチャートでは15位。
リード曲である「Ho Hey」はビルボードのホットチャート100に勢いのある曲として最高３位にランクイン。Youtubeでの再生回数も８千万回を超えてる。

そしてそれに次ぐ人気のある曲「Stubborn Love」
日本語訳で頑固な愛。
僕バカなんでPVの意味とかよく分からないけど女の子がかわいいです。
