Voici les écrivains qu’on enseigne dans nos écoles en Afrique soit disante francophone qui sont présentés comme des plus grands penseurs de l’humanité, des héros et des humanistes.
Voici ce que ces “héros français ” pensaient pourtant de nous les Noirs. Il n’existe pas une seule école dans les pays d’Afrique francophone où on enseigne aux élèves que Voltaire et Victor Hugo étaient des racistes et des esclavagistes. Plutôt, on nous parle de leur intelligence inégalable et de leur humanisme indéfectible.

Here are the writers we teach in our schools in so-called French-speaking Africa who are presented as the greatest thinkers of humanity, heroes and humanists.
Here's what these "French heroes" thought of us black people.
There is not a single school in French-speaking African countries where
students are taught that Voltaire and Victor Hugo were racists and
slavers.
Rather, we are told of their incomparable intelligence and their
unwavering humanism.
Let's decolonize school in Africa!
