王笏はユダから離れず

統治の杖は足の間から離れない。

ついにシロが来て、諸国の民は彼に従う。

The scepter shall never depart from Judah,
        or the mace from between his legs,
    While tribute is brought to him,
        and he receives the people’s homage.
