ネットでの応募後、フォローアップでの電話は一切お断りという企業も増えてきています。
Eメールや企業ウェブサイトで応募すると
自動的にこんなメールが返って来ることがよくあります。
"We will review it and contact you
if we are able to shortlist you for any of the positions
we are currently working on."
人材派遣・紹介の会社に応募した時もこんなメールが返ってきました。
"A consultant will be reviewing
your qualifications and skill set,
and will be in touch with you
if you are shortlisted for the position."
