ちょっとコスパは高い気がしましたが、時期が時期だけに（thanksgiving）妥当なのかも知れません。

建物自体は少し古い気がしましたが、冷蔵庫や電子レンジ、コーヒーメーカーが部屋に備え付けてあり、過ごしやすかったです。

立地もよく、古いながらも味わい深く広く、リラックスできた。朝食も無料で(外部の人もokなのか？)、確認もなくすんなり食べられた。スタッフも丁寧でした。

Everything was great here! Staff was friendly and accommodating. We arrived early and asked if we could check in, but room was not ready , but the desk person offered to have us park in the garage and come up for a parking pass so we would not have to pay for parking in town - that started our visit on a very happy note. They called us as soon as the room was ready. Breakfast was great - a variety of foods and beverages to choose from. The room was very clean and quiet and we had a nice view too. Location of the hotel was great... convenient to the main part of Gatlinburg and everything was in walking distance!

Wonderful. Went to chalet in two weeks ago and had the worst experience ever, and we check right into another hotel without booking.com. I used booking again for this past week and wanted to try edgewater and booked a day before for another quick trip. This hotel lived up to the pictures, value, location, cleanliness and everything. I would absolutely stay here again, and it is in a great location, housekeepers were prompt and replenished items, picked up. Precious stays since covid, house keepers have not been coming by at other locations. Our was skylar, and every time we left for the day, everything was like when we first opened the door at check in. The staff was kind and knowledgeable about the location, and we literally had less than 1 minute wait to check in and 30 second check out. The beds were comfy, and I really was surprised of how nice the hotel was for the price. We just stayed at river terrance next door two weeks prior and paid $900 for a 4 day stay. We saved $559 here after tax, next door to the other one, and actually had a running continental breakfast, housekeeping, and facilities all in use. I was hesitant because I never stayed here and relied on reviews of previous guest, but I left very, very happy. I also much enjoyed the privacy here. A lot of families were here utilized the amenities and we never heard or saw them, except for at check in and elevators. Sometimes families will be incredibly loud and overbearing, but honestly our stay was super quiet for house packed the hotel really was. Some hotels in gatlinburg are dated with paper thin walls, but we never heard the neighed ones above or beside. Super quiet, surprisingly. I was very, very surprised as at prompt and smooth running everything was, and with peak season this hotel has its fame face on. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we will absolutely be back!!!

建物がリノベートした後が分かり非常に分かり清潔に保たれている。また、市街地まで非常に近く、スマートフォンの地図では遠く感じるが全く問題ない距離にありお勧め。
Awesome little place on a creek right before the Gatlinburg strip.

The Roaring Fork Creek behind our room that we could enjoy on our patio was awesome. Room was comfortable and beds were actually pretty decent for a hotel. Hotel was right before the Gatlinburg strip so everything pretty much was within walking distance. Staff was super nice and anything we needed we were given. Easy access for parking and getting to the rooms. You couldn't hear much inside the hotel room even though it was full capacity. So with having loud kids with us that was a plus. Price was amazing for a 5 night stay during Spring Break right on the strip. Rooms were clean except for a few spider webs on the ceilings but that didnt worry me bc its off a creek in a woodsy area behind it so its expected. There was a microwave and a small fridge/freezer. Water pressure was a little low in the shower but also to be expected in the mountains.
