Hotel is situated on a slight hill but has amazing views of the area...well worth the 5-10 min up hill walk from the main shops and beach.

Hotellet har en super flot udsigt over vandet og bjergene.
Værelset var småt, men funktionelt. Der er et lille køkken med de mest basale ting til to personer, et køleskab og to kogeplader. Aircon på værelset.
Der var pænt og rent, da vi kom. Sengetøj og håndklæder bliver skiftet hver 2. dag, og så bliver skraldespandene tømt og gulvet fejet. Ellers bliver der ikke gjort synderligt rent, så det er en god idé lige at tage en klud med hjemmefra, da der kun er et viskestykke. Der er også en værdiboks på værelset.
Ejeren er superhyggelig og meget hjælpsom. Stedet ligger oppe af en lidt stejl bakke, ca. 15 min. gang fra stranden. Derfor har man den gode udsigt :)
Poolen er ikke så stor, men ren og maden i poolbar er billig og god.
Vi ville helt sikkert bo der igen.

Îs much more beautyfull then you see în photos. Grondflour studios has wonderfull view to nice valley with olive trees and for little children îs very safe to stay outside.

Right near bus stop

Good location, right near bus stop. Music played by pool a bit annoying, breakfast was disappointing. Not far from plenty of place to eat. Rooms were a good size and nice veranda to sit out on.
If you are coming from the port,there IS a bus stop INSIDE GATES near ticket box building, it will take you to center of town ( we were told that there was no bus into town so had to walk)
Only stayed one night

Due to delayed flight we 5 males arrived late, but the management of the hotel were not concerned and greeted us in a relazed and friendly way.
Breakfast was good and we were able to wander to the marina in the morning.
If I was in the area with my wife I would ceratainly be happy to be based at this hotel

素晴らしい場所！スタッフは非常に注意深く、特に「家政婦」は素晴らしかったです。部屋の掃除に関しては何も問題ありませんでした。Villa Tasosを非常にお勧めします。
Great few days

Just returned from a last minute 7 day holiday in Villa Tasos with my teenage daughter. I chose the villa based on Agoda reviews and price, as it was fantastic value, being on a special offer that day. It is unlike other hotels I have been to, as it feels very much like you are staying in someone's home, as the owners live on site and are very welcoming. As they operate a self check in, you will find your name on the door and a poster by the pool with your name directing you to your room. The room I booked was their most basic as we were on a tight budget. It was clean and functional and had a balcony and kitchen to prepare snacks. Linen and towels were changed every couple of days and the room cleaned. The hotel is just off the main street but surrounded by private villas, so is quiet and is a very short walk down to a lovely beach. Acheravi is a nice respectable Greek town, with some lovely restaurants and tavernas. This was a very relaxing no fuss holiday which is the best kind!
