My Lovely Experience In Ezdan Hotel

I stayed for 4 days 3 night because I'm watching football competition (Asian Cup Under 23 Years Old Football Tournament). It's the end of winter season and beginning of summer and dry season but luckily for me, the strong wind is still there. Actually I want a room towards the sea but I was given tower four, but it's okay because tower four also have beautiful view from window. The check in time is 1500 but I requested for early check-in at 1300 or 1400 (because I'm rushing to watch football match at 1600), initially the staff informed me (via email) that check-in time is subject to availability. But in the end the hotel staff did their best to give me early check-in at 1400 (I thank you them for their good effort). So about the hotel itself, overall it's a good hotel, because the location is very strategic, it's located near business, office, diplomatic area. From the hotel to nearest metro (West Bay Station) I can say the walking time take about 15 minutes (if you walk relax and slowly), but there's also a small bus station as well between the hotel and metro station. And most importantly, from hotel to beach area is just about 500 to 600 meters away, there you can enjoy the beautiful scenery between the ocean and Doha tall buildings, recommended to go there before or by sunrise about 0500 to 0530 in the early morning (you can use the bridge at metro station to cross the road towards the beach if you not feel confident to cross the normal road, for me I'm confident because there's a traffic light which allows me to cross it although the road is quite wide). Now we back about the hotel, at the fourth floor at tower two, you will find everything from swimming pool, indoor and outdoor restaurant, mini market, gym and prayer room for the Muslim. However I can say the price was quite expensive, so I recommend if you want to save money to buy food and drink, you can buy it at another grocery named "K-Mart" (it's located at tower four, ground floor). About the room, everything is there except hair dryer and mini refrigerator. Inside the bathroom you have bathtub, toilet, pipe, hot water, towel, shampoo, soap, toothpaste and brush (except hair dryer). The bedroom itself is comfortable, they give Me four pillow (which I really love). The air-conditioning is very cold, but you can turn it off if too cold. There's tea & coffee, mini heater for hot water, mineral water of course. There's also an iron for your clothes (inside the wardrobe). The television channels also have so many (I can say from around the world, but believe it or not, I only open Qatar TV Channel in my entire stay). The room for me is comfortable, there's two layer of curtains, the outside curtain to prevent hot sunshine, the inside curtain to give you nice lighting day and night). The staff is friendly and helpful, the lobby area is comfortable for you to seat and relax while waiting for taxi to pickup you). However the elevator only have four and it's very slow (I'm stay at 33rd floor). But that doesn't matter, overall I satisfied with my staff, the staff is very responsive to my inquiry emails. I definitely will come back in the future, I really do. Thank you for the lovely experience.

We recently stayed at a property in Doha with our young children and had a decent experience overall. The location was convenient, with easy access to the airport and transportation options. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The facilities, including the pool, were well- maintained and enjoyable for both kids and adults. The breakfast provided was satisfying, offering a good variety of options. However, the bathroom could use some improvement. Despite this, considering the value for money, we would recommend this property for families looking for a comfortable stay in Doha.
