グラス・ルーツ・スピリット

今日は、庭の草刈りをしました。今年は猛暑のせいなのか雑草の伸びが早いのと、父親が年齢的になかなか庭仕事ができなくなりつつあって、ほとんど初めて草刈り機というものを使いました。結構楽しいものでした。

雑草で思い出したのですが、今コーディネーターとして関わっている雑草対策の土木技術ttp://www.grasslock.com/

がありまして雑草のことはいろいろと研究しました。数年前までおりました大学に雑草についての研究機関があり、http://wsc.mine.utsunomiya-u.ac.jp/

とても貴重な研究成果があります。

以前紹介した「いやがらす」などの鳥獣被害とならび雑草のコントロールは世界共通の課題です。

話は変わりますが、私は母親が草むしりをしているとき産気づきあっという間に生まれたと親から聞いたことがあります。草の化身というわけです（笑）。

私の誕生が草の関わっていて今仕事で草が根を張るように良い価値感を広げたいといういわば、草の根からのグラスルーツ型ＰＲを目指しているなと気づきました。

草むしりの御蔭で病院には間に合わず、近所のお寺であっという間に生まれることになりました。おばあちゃんが助産婦だったそうです。

大学での研究で国道4号線の沿道の雑草の分析結果がありましたが、なぜかセイタカアワダチソウのような外来種が沿道にあるのは小麦といっしょにアメリカから来たものだということを聞きました。

なんでも現象には原因があるものだなと改めて思いました。

Grass Roots Spirit

I enjoyed cutting grass today. As the summer heat helps grow weeds and mowing is getting tougher for my father, I used a mowing machine almost for the first time. It was exciting.

As a coordinator I am working on the production of civil engineering technologies to tackle weed problems(click ). I have studied weeds.

Utsunomiya University has some significant data on them. It analysed weeds growing on Route 4 and found that there were some nonnative ones. They came to Japan with wheat imported from the United States.

I realised that all phenomena have causes.

Like damages caused by crows , to control weeds is a global challenge.

By the way, I heard that when my mother was weeding the garden, she went into labour. Unable to reach hospital, she went to a temple near her house instead to give birth to her new son. With my grandmother's assistance, I was born. I may be weed reincarnate. Ha ha ha!

Like plants, I want to grow and spread good values around the world. Oh, I found that I am aiming at doing a grass roots PR campaign!■

見える資産は見えない資産から生まれる

小規模企業の経営戦略の勉強会でお話させていたいだきました。

見える資産（アセット）には、流動資産（キャッシュ、株、社債、貸付金）不動産、投資物件、所持品、芸術品等があり、見えない資産には健康、創造力、人間関係、精神、ノウハウ、特許、ソフトウエア等があります。

この見える資産を存在させているのは見えない資産です。経営的な言い方にすれば、この内的資産を内的資本として働かすためのは、

ＳpiritualＣapital（内的資本）＝Ｆoucas（集中）＋Ｉntention（意志）＋ＳpiritualＡsset（内的資産）という方程式があります。

そこで、私が運営しているメンバーシップであるＴＭの会では、内的資産の源泉であるその経営者の方の考え方の方向を見える化するため、「メンタルプロファイリング」というプロスポーツ等でも活用されているツールを採用しています。

企業は年商１０億くらいまでは、社長の考え方が事業そのものだと捉えています。社長脳≒会社脳というニュアンスです。

それを元にコーポレイトプロファイリングという方法で、伸ばすべき特徴を可能にしているまた可能にできうる資産と課題の抽出しシート化していきます。

ＴＭ仕法は、あるべき姿を思い出しそこに戻るサポートです。

蝶が密を吸おうと考えた？とき、暖かい気候を求めた旅が目的化され明確になったとき方法手段が生まれるようにスピリットが動き出すことにたとえます。集団で大陸を渡る渡り鳥や広い海を動く魚たちが本能という直観のような働きが人間にも備わっていてそのきっかけを作る役割と思っています。

活用すべき資産はすでにあって、資本化します。

Without invisible assets no visible assets exist

Today I took part in a seminar on corporate strategy for small companies. There I discussed companies' assets.

While visible assets include cash, stocks, real estate, art works and so on, invisible assets range from welfare, creativity, human relations, spirit to know-how. What is important is that the latter makes it possible for the former to exist.

Here is an equation of that idea:

Spiritual Capital = Focus + Intention + Spiritual Asset

To visualise thoughts of business managers, mental profiling of Transpheric Management (TM) examines what they think and want. This method has already been taken in professional sports.

Until their profits reach ten billion yen, companies usually do what presidents think. That is, brains of bosses are brains of companies.

TM's corporate profiling finds out not only assets that (can) foster the growth of companies but also problems. Results are shown in paper. The method supports our membership companies to bring them back to what they should be.

When bees want honey, they travel to warm places. Like that, when objects become clear and specific, we come up with means to achieve them. That is how the mind affects and determines your behaviour. And, human beings have intuition like other animals such as birds do. TM helps you produce and grow the power.

Useful assets are there. Let's capitalise them.■

トランスフェリックミュージック２～蜃気楼

今日も面白い出会いがたくさんあった一日でした。

そのひとつですが、元クリスタルキングのハイトーンヴォーカルの田中雅之さんが出演したＦＭの番組で

田中さんご本人と10分くらい電話で話した様子がオンエアされました。

クリスタルキングと言えば「大都会」とか北斗の拳の「愛を取り戻せ」とかで有名ですが、なぜかこの「蜃気楼」という曲が好きでよくカラオケで歌うのですが、それを知りあいに話したことがあってそれで今日のことにつながったのでした。

田中さんが「なぜ蜃気楼を？」との質問だったので「大都会」だと最初外すとものすごくリカバリーが大変だけど

「蜃気楼」はサビまで余裕があるのでまあまあうまく歌えるのでという理由を答えました。

「この歌詞って情熱的ですよね！溢れだす情熱をお前だけに注ごうですよ」との田中さんの指摘に始めて色っぽい歌だったことに気が付きました。

「そいういえばそうですね！」というと田中さんは、「今度好きな女性の前でこころを込めて歌ってみてください、効果ありますよ」とアドバイスをもらいました（笑）

作詞が今はなきＮＳＰの天野滋さんの作品だったこともあり、そんな意味だとはピュアだった？昔は考えませんでした。

だからダメだったのかと妙に納得しました。機会があったらこの蜃気楼聞いてみてください。

今度田中さんに私の番組に出ていただくことになりました。

Transpheric Music (episode 2): Shinkiro

I had a nice day with lots of discoveries today.

A FM radio programme, in which Masayuki Tanaka, a former vocal singer of Cristal King (CK), a rock band, appeared, aired a 10-minute interview with me.

CK has many hit songs such as daitokai (a big city). I like shinkiro (mirage), which I often sing in karaoke. I told a friend of mine about it before, who know Mr Tanaka. He introduced the singer to me.

"Why shinkiro?"asked Mr Tanaka. I said to him, "Because it is easier for me to sing than CK's other records, I have always enjoyed singing it."

For the first time I found that it is a romantic song. "The lyrics are passionate. Look at some of the words - 'I will dedicate myself to you'", explained Mr Tanaka.

He adds, "It will be worth trying to sing the song for a woman you like".

The words were written by Shigeru Amano, a former member of NSP, a pop group. As he did hardly write that kind of lyrics when he was alive, I did not expect that the song means love. I did not realise it until today.

Perhaps, that is why I have often failed to understand women. Mr Tanaka will join my radio programme soon. Listen to shinkiro, if you like.■
