GB DANCE COMPETITION 5th

GB Dance Competition 5th in HK took place this Sunday.　I've ever seen 3rd Final round in Japan 2 years ago, but of course it was for the first time for me to join each country's competition!

第５回GBダンスコンペティションin香港が今週日曜日に開催されました。２年前に第三回の決勝を見たことはありましたが、各国で行われている大会に参加させてもらうのは初めてでした。

The venue was held in the center hall of a big shopping mall. Not inside but outside first time ever drew in more spectators, the amount's around 500people including contestants.　Those contestants divided into each two section, Amateur and advance, were 21 groups in total, and 5 people including KANTARO-san & KATO-san who came all the way from japan judged them.

開催場所は大きいショッピングモールの中央ホール。初めて室内ではなく外(正確には室内だが、こういう開けた場所という意味)で行われ、より多くの観客を集めました。その数は参加者を含めておよそ５００人。アマチュアと熟練者の２つのセクションに分かれた参加者は全部で２１組、そして日本から遥々お越し頂いたカンタロウさん、加藤さんを含めた５名が彼らを審査しました。

Each contestant did their best with fashionable hairstyle, humor and movement of high-level, and then there was an air of excitement at the place. The winner of the tight battle was POP GUYS. They took the spectators with them because their performance particularly has humor and nimble movement to dance to the music.　I strongly wish that they will get first prize on the Asia final.

どのダンサーもおしゃれな髪形、ユーモア、ハイレベルな動きによってベストを尽くしており、会場は熱気で包まれていました。そしてその接戦を制したのがPOP GUYS。彼らは特に音楽に合わせたユーモアさと俊敏な動きによって観客を魅了していました。

彼らがアジアの決勝大会で優勝することを切に願っています。

And next day, KATO-san gave lesson for applicant at dance school, so that we had them closely interact GB.　I thought that people can communicate with other person by dancing irrespective of their nationality without exchanging words. Therefore, the event cannot only impress them and make their memory but also enhance the value of GB as the global brand.

Lastly I want to convey my gratitude toward people all the way from japan and a marketing division played a key role in the event.

翌日は加藤さんがダンススクールにて応募者へ向けてレッスンをしてくれました。これは生活者にGBとより一層交流してもらうためでもあります。人々はダンスによって、国籍関係なく、言葉を交わさずして、コミュニケーションをとることができると感じました。従ってこのイベントは彼らに感動を与えたり、記憶に残してもらうだけでなく、グローバルブランドとしてのGBのブランド価値を高める意味もあると思いました。

最後に、遥々日本から来て頂いた方々、中心になってイベントを運営したマーケティング部の皆さんに感謝申し上げます。
